Lunacy on emergency

I was a bit shocked when I first saw this. Does anybody else other than me think this is somewhat wrong? E.g. what happens if I have an emergency at, say 8.15pm and it’s not something that can be treated in St. Paul’s?

What emergency treatments are available at Mount St. Vincent that can’t be treated at St. Paul’s? Not that I’m saying I’m for limited emergency hours or anything – I just can’t think of an emergency that could be treated in one ER and not another.
